1. Q: When should I expect my strap to arrive?

A: Please see approximate shipping schedule below. If you need something to arrive by a certain date, please contact me to see if I can rush it through and to make sure you choose the right shipping method.

*Free First Class USPS Shipping in the U.S. - arrives 2-5 business days after your strap has shipped (approximately 5 - 10 business days after order placement)

*Priority 2-3 Day USPS Shipping in the U.S. - arrives 2-3 business days after your strap has shipped (approximately 4 - 8 business days after order placement)

*Priority 1-2 Day Express USPS Shipping in the U.S. - arrives 1-2 business after your strap has shipped (approximately 3-4 business days after order placement)

*First Class International USPS Shipping - arrives 2-8 weeks after order placement

2. Q: Will the All in One Hug Strap work on my ukulele?

The All in One Hug Strap will work on any waisted ukulele from soprano to baritone that doesn't have strap buttons, as well as any ukulele that has a strap button or end pin. It also works on banjoleles and can attach to two strap buttons if you have your ukulele configured that way.

3. Q: Do you make CUSTOM STRAPS?

4. Q: What's the RIGHT SIZE STRAP for me?

A: I have two sizes for the All in One Hug Strap : kids (approximately 5-10 years old and meant for soprano/concert uke players), and adults. The sizing is based on girth around the chest rather than height, so these are approximate sizing guidelines.
